There is an evangelical zeal about Arcade fire and they preached to the converted at Ferrara as part of the ‘sotte le stelle’ open air concerts – their only appearance in Italy this year.
They were really something special – a great show!
The cool opening was to play this video of a crazed kid ranting about sin ( I imagine) in Portuguese ( I think) :
